My 3rd transaction with Val! What a great agent to work with. Communication is second to none. She always finds a way complete transaction to close quicker that any other agent we have worked with. Every home purchase and sale is just a great experience.

It was a pleasure to work with Val Kellogg. It was our first time purchasing a home and we didn’t even know where to begin. Val made the process so simple to understand and was willing to do anything we needed to help. She was always on call when we had a question and had wonderful communication. Val also helped advocate on our behalf when negotiating with the seller and got us a great deal. We are extremely grateful and pleased with the hard work and dedication that Val put in to help my fiancé and I find our first home to start our family. We would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a home!

Great experience . Val was able to work with my small budget, and find me a better home than I imagined. It's a tough market for a first time buyer out there. Val was able to find meva decent home at the lowest cost possible

absolutely wonderful! Val was very attentive and made sure we always knew what was going on. Being in a different state if we ever had a question or concern she was always available and answered promptly. She is one of the best real estate agents I have had the pleasure of working with and is military friendly.

Great Communication . We moved out of state while the house was still on the market. Val communicated with us weekly and sometimes daily about any activity with the house. Val went above and beyond to help solve issues even after closing.
