Great Communication . We moved out of state while the house was still on the market. Val communicated with us weekly and sometimes daily about any activity with the house. Val went above and beyond to help solve issues even after closing.

It was a pleasure to work with Val Kellogg. It was our first time purchasing a home and we didn’t even know where to begin. Val made the process so simple to understand and was willing to do anything we needed to help. She was always on call when we had a question and had wonderful communication. Val also helped advocate on our behalf when negotiating with the seller and got us a great deal. We are extremely grateful and pleased with the hard work and dedication that Val put in to help my fiancé and I find our first home to start our family. Great experience . Val was able to work with my small budget, and find me a better home than I imagined. It's a tough market for a first time buyer out there. Val was able to find meva decent home at the lowest cost possible
